You should call store for specific inquiries. They usually have a duck in their products, charcuterie and the like.

do you have boudin noir at this time of the year??? and what do you charge/

Boudin Noir is our special sausage this week. We will be making it tomorrow in Napa and will have it available later in the day. The price is $14 per pound. Please give us a call if you'd like us to save some for you.

Is all of your meat grass fed? Do you brine your own corned beef and if you do what do you do about the pink coloring? How much per pound is it? What is the cost of your bacon per pound? Do you make just plain pork sausages like the British Bange
